One-on-One Pilates

Private Pilates sessions designed around your body, your goals, and your movement history.

At Linea Pilates, private Pilates sessions designed to support your individual body, goals, and movement history. Each session is thoughtfully tailored, with focused attention on alignment, strength, mobility, and coordination in a way that feels both supportive and effective.

These sessions are well suited for clients who:

  • Prefer personalized, one-on-one instruction

  • Are returning to movement after injury or physical therapy

  • Experience chronic tension or movement restrictions

  • Want a more intentional and focused Pilates experience with their personal goals

Sessions incorporate a combination of Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Mat work, with exercises selected and progressed based on your needs. Emphasis is placed on clarity, control, and quality of movement.

The goal of each session is to help you move with greater awareness, confidence, and ease—both in the studio and in daily life.

Session length: 50 minutes
