Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Linea Pilates, sessions are scheduled by appointment to ensure individualized attention and availability for each client.

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee.

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session may still end at the scheduled time in order to accommodate other appointments.

Packages

Session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Packages are intended for the purchaser’s personal use and must be used within the stated validity period.

New Client Special

The new client introductory package is available for first-time clients only and may not be combined with other offers.
