Our Founder

Lynette’s Pilates journey began after she moved to Dallas in 2022 and discovered more time to dedicate to her practice. She quickly fell in love with Pilates—but after experiencing upper back pain and discovering certain exercises were restricted for her, she paused her practice.

This experience sparked a curiosity about her own body and movement, inspiring her to explore Pilates more deeply and ultimately pursue teacher training. Lynette completed the Polestar Pilates Comprehensive certification, where she developed a strong foundation in movement quality, biomechanics, and the understanding that every body carries a unique history.

She works with clients seeking individualized, intentional Pilates—whether they are returning to movement after injury, managing chronic tension, or building strength in a sustainable and mindful way. In her sessions, Lynette emphasizes clarity, control, and precision, guiding clients to move with greater awareness and confidence.

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, Lynette brings her enthusiasm for Pilates into every session. She values Pilates as a system that supports both physical strength and thoughtful movement, encouraging awareness, adaptability, and long-term well-being.
